If you have a defective item purchased from Telcomconnect, we ask that you complete at least the following steps before returning the device:
Try to get the device working by:
Perform a reset;
Install the latest firmware.
Once you have completed these steps, you can register and return the item using the RMA form.
To request the status of your RMA, it is best to contact info@telcomsolutions.io. Please remember to include your RMA reference number.
If you discover a defect in a product you have purchased from us, you can return it, provided it meets the stated criteria. Telcomconnect handles the processing for products from the Cradlepoint, Huawei and Teltonika brands. To do this, follow the instructions in the RMA form. Our engineers will then check the product to determine the defect. If the product is indeed defective, you will receive a replacement product from us. If after inspection it appears that there is no defect, research costs of € 25.00 and administration and shipping costs of € 12.00 will be charged. For products from other brands, the handling is carried out by the manufacturer.

After placing your order you will receive the invoice by email.
You must always pay for the first order in advance. You can then request payment on account from our sales department. You can submit this via info@telcomsolutions.io.
Domestic shipping with an order value under €2000 costs €12.95.
Domestic shipping above €2000 order value costs 1.00% of the order value.
Foreign shipments: Zone EUR1: €20.00 for orders with an order value up to €2000 and 1.25% on orders with an order value greater than €2000 (Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France, ( incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands) Zone EUR2: €40.00 for orders with an order value up to €2000 and 2, 00% on orders with an order value greater than €2000. All other countries in Europe (excl.
